OOC Thread: Episode 2- Burn Notice

Welcome one and all to the OOC thread for Episode 2.

In the previous episode Fleet Admiral Matthew Wood, the Commanding Officer of Starfleet, was jumped by some thugs and beamed a tricorder to his flagship the Starship Redemption. That ship was boarded by security teams of Commodore Reynolds, a well known lap dog of President Carpathia. After a daring escape the Redemption was able to make it's way to a isolated Nebula to hide and collect themselves.

Along the way we picked up a group of Marines and started to figure out why the Redemption was boarded by orders of the President. We immediately got to cracking the Tricorders detailed security measures.

The information revealed in the tricorder was alarming. It implicated the President with the assassinations of senior Starfleet Captains and Senators, as well as the destruction of those Captains vessels with all hands on board.

Okay so Wood's post is good... but I don't want to post until you or Cody do an on ship post to set the tone

Alright... I don't think Sydney will be joing us on this episode so Cory you can go ahead and post what you find out about the slugs. And then I will post what our next move will be in the rescue of the Admiral or attempted rescue. I'm tempted to duct tape some huge boom boxes on the outer hull and blare some ACDC while we run off to the Galactic Barrier and find some exotic purple skinned humanoids that will spoil me rotten.

Were you notified that Sydney wasn't joining us? I have a brilliant idea about the slugs and figured she was the best person to JP with on this. I've pm'd her and no response. My only other alternative JP cohort would probably be Byron. I just don't want to leave the Chief of Science floating where they should have been involved.

Real shame about Sydney, I just finished reading her bio and man it would've been great to have a real dedicated Science Officer for this sim.

I pm'ed her a couple times and emailed her and allana twice. I haven't heard anything back and they haven't logged on in a long time.

Arkham- You can catch up if you want and maybe Peter can help you with your contraption. Be the muse that you want to throw out a airlock after you use him. :-P

Loki- You got, Star, Luthor, Arkham, Hatter, Foreman and you can use Allana Azure and Sydney Curtis as NPC's until if they come back.

I figure we will soon get to the shuttle I don't want the natives to have enough time turn Duchene into a stew with the rest of her crew.
